Back for seconds...

Leona Lewis is a talented singer.

John and Edward...the marmite of the reality T.V except it seems, nobody actually loves them, it's just the hate option.

Now, not for a second do I want this blog to come across as a personal attack at either of the quiff twins, as it is not their fault they have made it onto the live shows.

However, the X Factor is a SINGING contest.

There is no other competition, be it on television or in real life where you can succeed without having at least one iota of talent in that field.

It's no different to someone who has ever ridden a horse, turning up to a show jumping competition.

Entertaining, maybe. But would you get a pass through to the next round? No.

I accept that they are entertaining and it is nearly impossible to tear your eyes of them when they are performing...if you can call it that.

I don't want to sound like I am killing the mood, but the show is about talent and although these boys have courage, give me a sambuca or two and I would dance around in red leather to Britney Spears every Saturday night.

As the weeks pass and the inevitable X Factor Christmas number 1 edges closer, I fear Jedward maybe celebrating over their Christmas turkey.

The problem is, they don't deserve it and a show which 3 years ago created a global star and refreshed peoples faith in British music, may well be the same show that ruins all it's hard work.

As I said, Leona Lewis is a talented singer.
